Angry Birds Cake
Made for a good friend's birthday last year this cake was a dark chocolate sponge covered in white chocolate.

As any student on the brink of graduating can tell you, it's a scary time where suddenly there is no 'goal' established by society; first you go to school, then you're told if you do well you can get into a university... but then what? Beyond getting a job, there are no further guidelines. I feel lucky to know now what I want to do/be (educational psychologist), and over the next couple of years will be working towards getting my doctorate, and I'm hoping setting up a one-man baking company will help get me there! It really is make or bake for me, if you can excuse the pun.

This space will be filled over the next few weeks with yummy and creative ideas of mine, and if you live nearby you are more than welcome to buy them!
